Help please. First trimester

I am 6 weeks 3 days and today I have had quite a few bowel movements but the last time I went when I wiped my front there was pinkest red blood but there has been none sense. It terrifies me because I'm July I had a miscarriage. Leading to that miscarriage I had the same thing happen. My doctors office I will be going to can't help me since I haven't been to there office before.  My first appointment is next tuesday. I'm so scared. Has any had this happen and had successful pregnancy?
