Mastitis 😖😥

I have it. It sucks. Feels a LOT like the flu and I actually have a respiratory Illness so thought the fevers were from that BUT my son slept 4 hours last night so I was delayed on a pump ..... and then comes painful lump, high fevers, and a nice area of redness next to my nipple.

Ive been bed ridden with a warm pack on my boob while hooked to a pump to try to drain whatever is going on in there. Massage massage massage.

Why is breastfeeding so hard? My son and I are being treated for thrush too. I can’t give up but feeling very much like I want to give up ! 😢 talk me down.
