How to tell a unsupportive family

So I recently found out I’m pregnant with my second child I’m 15 weeks and I’m beyond excited my boyfriend is excited his family is happy for us everything is great, but I haven’t told my family.

I see them often I just am scared it’ll be like when I got pregnant the first time about 3 years ago they told me I’d mess this child up I’d struggle just like my mother had, and basically be just like her. So far I haven’t been anything like her times have been hard but I’m doing it ya know.

But I don’t think they’ll be happy for us when I go to tell them the news. I want to just say this is a happy occasion stfu if you have nothing good to say but I want my family there for this.

So should I tell everyone at once.? Individually see each person and tell them.? How can I process negative feedback without snapping.? 😂 because I will 👏🏼
