I can’t really comment on the scalp peeling, but I will say my baby’s face/head is still pretty peely overall.
The red mark is a stork’s bite though, which is normal and common, my baby has one as well.  They fade for most people as they get older, but some people (like my partner) keep them into adulthood.

My 7 week old son gets this...so you breastfeed? I read that breastmilk helps baby’s dry scalp, among other things...I rubbed a little on his and it worked like a charm😊

Yeah, just cradle cap. It'll go away on its own.

Cradle cap. I used coconut oil and massage it for a few minutes, then used mustela foam shampoo to remove it and a little comb to take the flakes out.
