I need major help

This is the first time this has happened. I want to know if any of you have had severe lung/chest pain no not boob pain, wanting to throw up and a really bad migraine at the same time? I am scared enough to not even want to go to sleep. My parents don’t think anything of it really other than ibprophin and excedrin to help me. I’ve been laying down ever since I got home from school. I’ve never had sex before. I really don’t know what to do. Please please help
