Baby shows no arms in ultrasound

Posting anonymous because we haven’t told anyone in our families yet and still need more answers. I switched drs at about 27 weeks due to moving with my husband to another city. They did an ultrasound around 29/30 weeks here and when I went to my drs appointment she mentioned that they couldn’t see babies arms lips or nose but didn’t schedule me for any follow ups on that which confused me. At my old dr they did the anatomy scan and nothing was wrong then, nothing was mentioned i have horrible memory and cannot remember if at some point we saw babies arms moving around during my earlier ultrasounds, I keep looking back at the old ultrasounds and don’t really see any arms. My old provider was amazing! I feel like they would of told me something about this if something was wrong. Yesterday I had another ultrasound at 35 weeks and the dr scheduled me for another next week! I asked around and she usually just does 1 last ultrasound at 35/36 weeks. I’m concerned there’s something wrong and she didn’t want to mention anything until next weeks ultrasound to confirm? I’m at total loss. She didn’t mention anything at all yesterday about it, she even commented on how easy my pregnancy has been with zero complications so maybe I’m in the clear? I just don’t know what to do! I feel now like I should of been sent to a specialist or something to double check since the first time they noticed no arms lips or nose but they didn’t.
