All diet pills are scams and dangerous . Same with fad diets. Try intermittent fasting

I took Alli a while ago. I watched what I ate but I literally sh!t my pants. I’m sorry and that’s embarrassing to even talk about but I did lol. I had zero control over it.

NEITHER of those are a good idea. Try portion control, cutting out the bad stuff and realistic exercising.
