Vitex and the period from hell!

Hello ladies!

I’ve been TTC for about 7 years, and started taking Vitex Jan 2,2020 along with Maca. I have PCOS and I don’t ovulate naturally and have very irregular periods.

Has anyone taken these supplements and then gotten the worst period of their lives?! I had bad cramps on one side mainly Mon 20th, and started bleeding.. last night (Tue 21) I woke up TWICE to change my pad (and underwear!) and today (Wed 22) decided to stay home from work because of the blood flow..

I know a lot of people say to ride through Vitex symptoms and it’s just the body sorting itself out, but... HELP?!

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
