Dumb question? Eye floaters?

What do eye floaters look like? I thought they were black spots but the last week I’ve noticed I see spots but they are not black more like bright little white stars? Is that also considered floaters? I’m 32 weeks and have an appointment next Wednesday. My blood pressure has been fine at every appointment though and I don’t have gestational diabetes. I’ve also been having right sided rib pain and shoulder pain that the dr suspects is gallbladder pain but im not sure anymore if that’s what it is
