What were your symptoms of hellp syndrome???

I’ve been having right sided rib pain and right shoulder blade pain for the last two ish months but it’s getting worse. Dr said probably my gall bladder but didn’t send me for any tests. Also the last week I’ve been seeing bright spots in my vision occasionally. I have very bad reflux too. Blood pressure has been fine but I’ve read you dont need high blood pressure to have hellp. Also sometimes I feel like my heart is racing and feel short of breath. My fit bit does say my heart rate at those times is around 11-125. I’m 32 weeks
