Coming off Depo Provera

I feel so sad sometimes because I'm always feeling nauseated if I don't eat in a few hours . I been off Depo for about 6 months now and I don't plan on getting back on it because of the side effects. Now I'm constantly feeling Nauseaus I get headaches and as soon as I eat it's like my stomach wants more food. An hour or two later I'm nauseous 😩😩😩it's really aggravating! There's nothin I can do but feel sad😑and want to eat so much!
