Skipped period? Too much exercise
Hey guys I began working out every day in November. I had my period both those months but now in January I am super late. I took tests and I am 100% not pregnant. I got some cramps at the time it was suppose to come but nothing happened. I work out Monday thru Saturday. It’s intense functional training. Burning upwards to 500-700 calories per workout.
It’s been 3 months and I am really used to my routine but some people are telling me that’s why I am not getting my period and to cut down.
I haven’t lost an absurd amount of weight only 6 pounds but I am toning up and growing muscles.
Have any of you been through this before?
I am 5’2 and 149 pounds.
