I am 24 years old and have a 2 year old little girl. Her daddy and I have been married for 4 years together 5 this June. Three weeks ago I told him I wasn’t in love with him and so he packed up and left. At the time he was the only one with a job since he insisted I stay home a year with our kiddo. Almost immediately he went to the bank and drained the account and tried to take my name off. Now he is calling all my family trying to turn them against me in the situation when they have all told him they are staying out of it. He won’t go file for divorce and because of his last job I don’t qualify for legal aid and can’t afford an attorney right now. What would be my best options as far as moving forward with a divorce?
