Workout advice
We have been trying to conceive for a few months now. I’ve read lots of things online that say don’t do strenuous workouts while trying to conceive because it could mess with ovulation. I’ve been doing CrossFit like workouts 3-5 times a week for a while now but now I’m afraid that’s to strenuous. Anyone have thoughts on this? Anyone do CrossFit that many times a week and not have a problem getting pregnant? I know I’m probably over thinking it (like your not suppose to do) but I appreciate any insight!
