Helpful advice for you first timers!
This is my 4th pregnancy so I’m going to post some tips I’ve learned. Any other mamas please chime in!!
•Eating first thing in the morning will help with morning sickness, even a few crackers will help before you get out of bed.
•If you can eat nuts, eggs and meats.
•Eat something at least every 2 hours! If your eating something little, like few crackers or cheese you will not gain to much weight!
•sea bands help with morning sickness!
•the pregnancy pillows are a gift from God!!
•Stretch mark lotion helps! Use it everyday on your belly, breast and butt.
•Itching and lack of water help stretch marks grow.
•Maternity underwear are awesome! Especially for after because birth is nasty and you won’t want to ruin your regular underwear.
•Nursing bras are comfortable for growing pregnancy breast.
•A nice pair of maternity pants will make you feel better. Jessica Simpson brand are very nice.
•It’s never to early to wear maternity pants! They are very comfortable, stop squeezing and feeling crappy that your pre-pregnancy pants don’t fit anymore.
