Positive HCG?

I’m on CD11. My period was different this month. I had pink spotting, 2-2.5 days of brown/red blood, then pink/brown spotting. Cramping but not as terrible as normal. So I blew it off. I’ve been tracking my ovulation everyday just about since stopping my period. Today was like any other. Peed. Dipped LH strip. But idk why I decided to dip an HCG strip and these were my results.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them so early? Or have just a really really late BFP from their last cycle? I do have PCOS so I guess anything is possible
