Murder scene

So I recently had to go off bc because my body was producing too much estrogen. Normally I have the opposite problem due to PCOS. I forgot how horrid my periods were as I was on bc so that I would not have one. Last night I ruined a pair of sheets and I’m going through a super in two hours. Ladies help a girl out, what non hormonal birth control options are you on? The IUD scares me because a family friend had it perforate the uterine wall. I have to do something. I can’t do this again and while working full time. I almost had to call out today due to so much pain. My ears are open to any and all ideas.

Edit: I wanna would also like to hear everyone who has the IUD what their experiences are. While it scares me if it is my last option I still take the chance.
