Postpartum Weight update!

On the 6th of January I posted on here about my ‘mum tum’ and eating healthier and exercising to try lose it.

Well, I was 68kg back then and I weighed myself yesterday and I am 63kg! Yay! I’m slowly getting there and all I have done is cut meat out my diet, eating more fruit and veggies, walking more with baby and cut a lot of dairy out my diet.

I will be honest, I haven’t been completely strict with myself as I have had a couple of drinks here and there on the weekends and I’ve eaten at fast food places etc when I’m rushing round but I’m quite impressed with my results up to now.
