2 days late and not sure what to do...

I'm so scared to take a test. Iv never had a period this late. Normally I am a few days early or a day late but never been this late. Iv had 2 previous miscarriages and numerous bfn tests. I know I need to take a test but I'm scared that it's going to be negative again and I don't think I can deal with the let down that I feel like I'm becoming 😩
