My daily breastfeeding support breakfast 😂
I’m really struggling to get my nutritious calories in to support both my body and breastfeeding. People have made jokes about me looking skeleton like. It’s not really an exaggeration, I was a size 6-8 before pregnancy and am a 0-2 now. I’m using clothes my teen daughters have outgrown 😬. He’s growing (over 16 lbs now) and putting a lot more demand on me as he’s still ebf.
So I’ve been trying to boost my calories without eating wheat, soy, peanuts, and severely limiting dairy 😂
In the morning I do my oatmeal now
It has -
Gluten free oats
Flax seed (milled)
Almond flour
Raisins
Honey
And I add a bit of butter at the end and stir it in.
It comes to about 600 calories a bowl

What high nutrient meals are you eating right now? Recipes? I need more ideas. I’d eat nothing but homemade soups if I could 😬 none of which have many calories.
