Could I be pregnant ?!?

So I had sex about a month ago w/o condom and he finished inside. I had a light period last week and still spotting. I woke up feeling nauseous and throwing up yesterday. Today nothing but just thinking of food makes me want to puke 🤮

I can only pass sprite and pretzels. I’m going to get a pregnancy test this afternoon after work. Could I be pregnant?!? Also I have the mirena iud. Omg I hope I’m just sick and not preg.
