Am I pregnant?!! 16 yrs old

I’m 16... and I have a bf who’s 18 were both in HS. We became sexually active and my mom was aware that we are. We use condoms this whole entire month every time we wanted to have sex. We made sure it didn’t break or no holes

My period is 4 days late... I told my mom yesterday and she ofc she asked if I used protection which we did! I don’t even have symptoms really of my period coming and my discharge looks normal!

I’m also on prescribed medication for my depression and anxiety —> Adderall and lexapro. I’ve looked if they can have a affect on periods and both from reading articles said that they do.

Could this be a effect? I’ve been on the meds for about 2-3 weeks now. Taking them in the morning.

Pls any suggestions would really help!
