UTI & Period

So i had a uti since 2 weeks ago and i was on antibiotics for 10 days and within the 10 days of antibiotics i got better on 6th but still finished my antibiotics. Once im done with antibiotics the very next day i got my period which was exactly the same day my calendar remarked, the weird thing is my period blood comes out only when i pee barely anything on the pad but im peeing normal and i dont have any symptoms of uti like i had before, except peeing alot but thats because im drinking 2.5 L everyday.

Also i usually have cramps but this time the 1st day of my period is the worst and today is my 2nd day and i dont have a bad cramp like the 1st.

Right now my doctor cant help me unless i finish from my period to check if UTI is clear.

Did anyone experience this before? I want to know if its normal.
