As soon as I started to supplement with formula a few days week... 7 months. Got my period, supply dropped, breastfeeding became torture for us both so we made the decision to stop. Unfortunately I never had much success pumping so I wasn't able to continue much beyond that. This isn't what happens to everyone though.

It took about 4 months for me but instead of bleeding after birth and stopping and waiting for a period, I just bled for months.. 🤦🏼‍♀️ sometimes heavy and sometimes less heavy

Youngest, is only 8 weeks, no period so far.
