Any used vitex to help their cycle?
I’ve been experiencing really long cycles since my miscarriage and need to try something! 
Any success stories? Or not haha

Vitex helped my irregular periods. Had 50-80 day cycles and started taking vitex religiously in November & have had one 32 day cycle, and I just ovulated on cd19 this cycle so I truly believe the vitex helped.

It's depends on your condition, vitex isn't really that goos for women with PCOS as it's hard on the already fragile hormones. Otherwise I've seen it benefit many women 😊
