Anyone else been through this ??!

So I’m a ftm I gave birth on my due date 1/10 I felt fine up until 1/18 when I suddenly got very hot/cold body aches and nauseous which then went away with cold medicine I was taking as I was sick now all I get is very hot at night (I sweat a lot when sleeping) tmi but I had no problem going poop I also have a 2nd degree tear but the past few days when I go to pass a bowel I get very hot start seeing little lines and stuff nauseous and like I’m on the verge of passing out . I was told I have low blood pressure and low iron . Could that be the result of all this ? Also my pp checkup isn’t until Feb 7th
