My baby is 5 months old to get her to sleep i put her I her sleeping bag and feed her until she’s nearly asleep and then rock her to make sure and put her in her crib however shes been waking up when I put her in her crib recently so I’d like to sleep train to be able to just put her down. She wakes up 2-5 times a night and screams until she’s fed or I rock her for a long time. I’ve tried the picking up and putting back down when calm method for a very short time but there would literally be 20 seconds before crying and she’d stop straight away when I picked her up. Any tips? I’m not 100% against letting her cry if it’s for a short time however my neighbours may hate me as I live in flats
