Face issue

When I was younger I had clear skin(besides the period zit) but I had my 1st and my skin went to sh*t. Never went away. Just a red face but no acne just bumps. Had my 2nd and it just got worse. Now I'm on 3 and my face is destroyed 😭 more bumps. More red. EVERYWHERE. the doc wont do anything because I'm pregnant and I cant even get a referral to see a dermatologist. (Cant afford one without a referral) I'm so depressed. I hate the way I look and I'm fat which just adds fuel to the fire. Idk what to do anymore. I've tried everything otc for my face. It's not roseacha either.
