I started talking to this guy, and idk

I’m new to dating and I am not sure if this is a sign to run, or what. He was telling me about himself and told me he was a virgin. I don’t want to be in a relationship that’s based on sex. But anyway, he was saying he went to the dr today and that he was embarrassed because the paper he had to fill out asked how many people he’s slept with and the dr said it was strange because he’s 35. Then he said it hurts him but I probably didn’t want to hear that junk. I asked what did he mean? I thought he meant his feelings were hurt then he threw this bit of info:

I have Aspergers and I get that sometimes people have no filter, but I’m also not clueless to when someone might be trying to fool me into sleeping with them. :/

What would y’all do? Run or see where it goes?
