Is this acceptable in a relationship ?

My boyfriend didn’t approve of me getting sex toys. Just a vibrator not a dildo. I ordered one because I don’t need his permission. He only wants to please himself most of the time and go to sleep.(not making me cum, just head for himself). So it said my toy arrived and I’m looking for it don’t see it. I call the company to see what happened and they say they’ll send another. Idk how I felt but I was just wondering who would’ve stolen it or whatever. Later he gets home and has it with him saying he won’t allow me to play with it while he’s not home. Wtf. I told these people I didn’t get it and he does that!?! He’s mad that I got it and begs me to not use it. I’m over it.
