Being sued by capital one
Yesterday I was served civil papers from a cop with capital one because I still owe them $551.70. My original balance was over $1,000. It’s not that I purposely didn’t pay it, I just didn’t have the money. Has this happened to anyone before? Is there any way to settle with payment options without going to court or something because I’m so poor I could never afford that
