Trying to lose weight with no results
Hey everyone, this is my first post in this group. I just joined. I’m hoping to find some encouragement and support because I don’t have a lot at home. I am 5”1 and weigh 250lbs. To say I’m overweight would be an understatement. I used to be healthy but after having two kids, I gained a ton of weight during pregnancy and even more afterwards and with less energy and motivation, I’ve kind of let myself go. I haven’t been to the gym in a long time and I’ve been eating whatever I want (for the most part). I’ve tried dieting and exercise intermittently but I give up quickly because of lack of results and support. I cannot keep giving up. I have got to get healthy again. So, I start my diet 18 days ago(haven’t been to the gym yet) I wanted to see if that would make any difference or if going to the gym was the only option for me to lose this weight. After 17 full days of no soda, no tea, no sugar of any kind, no bread or pasta, I weigh 252 now. Someone please help. I am crushed. 💔
