Okay I'm sure anytime and all the time, but I can't afford that. I have an hour prenatal massage gift I want to redeem. I'm 16 weeks now with twins and look like I'm 25 weeks pregnant. When would be the most beneficial time to get my massage?

i got mine at 32 weeks because i was having really bad muscle pain in my left side. so bad that the muscle relaxers my OB prescribed to me wasn’t working so he recommended getting a maternity massage and the masseuse said she could even feel the knots in my side muscles but overall she massaged it out and it was like a miracle!! so wait to get it when you start feeling pained

I’d wait until you start to experience the physical discomforts from the weight of the belly. For me my hips got super sore when I was sleeping so I started getting massages around 28 weeks.
