Too early

Hey guys! I ovulated on the 15th and my period is due in 5 days. I took a test and it says that it’s negative. I’ve been cramping a lot, my head hurts, and my boobs hurt and I get nauseous. I normally don’t get cramps until the day before or the day of period, and my boobs are never sore. What could this be?
