Reduce movement at 30 weeks

So for two weeks my baby started moving so much all day but I wasn’t worried bcs i heard that was a good sign but towards the end of the week last week I got the flu which lasted 6 days, the first 3 days i had a fever and when i got to the hospital the 2nd day her heart rate was super high bcs of the fever we waited in hospital until my fever was under control and the babys heart too after that i left the hospital and they prescribed be medicine for flu and Tylenol for fever thankfully for the next day my fever was better and gone the other days. BUT fast forward today and for the last 3 days i notice that my baby moves less she still moves but not like before.. I now have to try to get her to move by eating a meal , before she would move all the time, but now she only seems to move after i eat & if i dont she wont move.. idk do u think i should get this checked out even though shes still moving?? Or is it normal now that im 30 weeks 4d bcs i heard movements change as the baby grows & they have less room .. what would u guys do in this situation??
