Yes. A strawberry mark/hemangioma. My son had one at birth. He is 3.5 and he still has it, it’s just gone down a lot.

Called a capillary hemangioma = the smaller blood vessels are closer to the surface. Will initially get bigger over time, but most will have disappeared by kindergarten.

Yep the cutest strawberry mark. The red pigments disappear over time. My nieces took until she was 2 to fully go away.
