Can I take a bath in epsom salt if I have a catheter in? I’m unable to pee that’s why I have 1 in and I took 1 but w/o it in & after I was able to pee a little bit so I wanna take 1 again to hopefully be able to pee all the way. Please help I’ve had it in for a week straight!!

I just had my baby on the 16th & I’ve been really swollen so they said that could be why I can’t pee on my own
