I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow. Three different days this week I had timeable contractions. Not Braxton Hicks... In have those so the time and they don't bother me. These are period like cramps that get rather uncomfortable. When I time them, the usually last a minute, come every 5-7 minutes, and last at least an hour. Yesterday they kept coming for 2.5 hours. They were definitely "wavelike" with a rise, peak, and fall. However, they never got closer together or any stronger... Which is why I never went in. They eventually stop. Is this my body dialating and thinning more?? I was 2.5 cm, 50%, and station -1 at my 38 week check up. I go back Monday, and hoping for lots of progress and an induction date... Crossing my fingers for Tuesday, but spontaneous labor before then works, too 😁
