Periurethral Tear

Okay ladies im 5 days postpartum and I honestly feel like this is never going to get better. I haven't come across anyone else who has torn upwards. I can't walk or go to the bathroom without feeling like someone took a vegetable peeler to my vagina. I also had to get stitched on the inside and right now it sometimes almost feels like it's pinching or going to rip out. I can feel the tears and stinging all the way up to the clitoris area. Has anyone else has these types of tears? How long did you take to recover? Also it's only 1st degree tears! I can't imagine if they were even worse.
