weight loss tips?
ok, so lately i’m very uncomfortable with my weight and image. usually i’m pretty comfortable with myself bc i’m usually pretty active, but this year i missed two sports seasons in a row due to injury and haven’t been active at all. i can’t run or do any heavy lower body workouts so i’m not sure how to keep active right now between school and physical therapy. any tips would be greatly appreciated bc i would really like to lose weight and be more fit again
