One of those days...

I'm having one of those days that I'm so nauseous I can't keep anything down, but I don't want to take my Zofran because I'm so constipated that it's making me even more miserable. This Colace is doing NOTHING for me. Before Xofran I was having diarrhea daily, now I'm lucky if I go once every 3 days.

What ways are you battling the constipation?
