Out of breath?

Anyone else out of breath? I’m 12 weeks and I sound like I’m 80 years old 😭 is it normal? When does it go away? Ty!!!

I had to go up and down stairs at church today getting my kids settled in their classes and I was huffing and puffing away. I have asthma and it gets REAL bad when I’m pregnant. I’ll be 13 weeks tomorrow. Honestly laying here I’m struggling
