My MIL asked if I was giving LO Tylenol before doctors appointment for needles??

No, that's actually a bad idea as it can potentially interfere with the vaccine's effectiveness-- plus most babies don't even need any from the vaccines & it's best not to give meds unnecessarily.

Do you mean before vaccines? No not at all. Tylenol is so bad in general. Luckily my son never got a fever so I didn’t have to give him anything, before or after.

Like others I was told to only use it after if necessary and my baby was totally fine- cried during the shots, forgot immediately, was back to normal within minutes.
