So I have been using my heating pad every night on high for years and it’s a huge comfort to me. I’m 10w 4d pregnant and I’ve been using my heating pad as normal on high too like always but I usually try to put it higher up my back and I’ve been resting with it way more often because my back hurts all the time w the pregnancy. I just read today that a heating pad can cause birth defects especially in the first trimester and I’m terrified that I messed up by using it so much. Please give me your experiences
