Absolutely! If your not looking out for it pregnancy can go unnoticed. My friend went to the er for lower back pain and got discharged 3 days later with a beautiful healthy baby boy! No tummy, no sickness, no fatigue, nothing!! It was crazy!!

If you didn’t have nausea/fatigue etc it’s very easy to get that far without knowing. You don’t start to show until around 20 weeks normally.

Absolutely could be. I did start peeing more often, and breasts were more tender, but aside from that, I've had no "symptoms" until I got a bump at about 17 weeks. I knew I was pregnant because I tested and was trying to get pregnant, but I can absolutely see how someone might not know.

I personally never had symptoms without seeing my baby on the ultrasound every appt I seriously would not even know I’m pregnant
