Positive or Negative??

So AF is tomorrow (meant to be) but I took a test yesterday and got this, a little faint line, it came out straight away so cant be an evap line but today I took another 2 tests (different brand; they were digital ones) and those were negative, phoned my GP who told me to call maternity unit because if I've had a positive it's unlikely to be a false positive, I'm just not wanting to get my Hope's up, we've been trying for our second baby for a year so far
