Kitchen disaster!!!

So I was cooking ribs in a glass pan and when I went to take it out it literally exploded in my hands. The entire glass pan shattered into a million pieces everywhere. No one was hurt but I’m wondering why the fuuuckkk and how this happened😡🤯
