Daughter not talking?

So my daughter doesn’t talk or point. She doesn’t listen to anything I say to her and she seems like she’s completely in her own world. I try to read to her and get her to talk but she just doesn’t. She does babble her little head off. Is this normal? Should I make an appointment with her ped for early intervention? Does she sound autistic? I’m so stressed out about it and it makes me feel like a shit parent.
