What is this!?!

Question

My 2 year old has a weird rash/ulcer in her mouth any ideas what this could be? She was eating a snack when I noticed so please excuse the food lol, she old has these in her mouth no where else
Taking her to the doctor tomorrow but what to know any suggestions

It’s either yeast, oral thrush or geographic tongue. None of which are particularly a concern, just not very nice for a little one.

Looks like geographic tongue it’s harmless they will usually give some magic mouthwash stay away from any spicy or acids foods

I would go to the doctors, ive never seen anythibg like that in my 2 year olds mouth.

It's hard to tell with all that in her mouth. Perhaps, rinse her mouth and take another pic? But from what I can see, it looks like a geographic tongue/outbreak. It happens to me when I eat very acidic foods, tomatoes, certain chips, ketchup, hot foods, etc. I'll rinse my mouth, brush my teeth, drink a lit of water and it goes away.

Did she maybe bite her tongue at some point? I've had my tongue look almost gouged like that when I've bitten it really badly. I would definitely make an appointment with the doc to get it checked out.
