How do you delete your account?

This app is too dramatic for me and I feel like at this point in my life I need to remove anything that makes me feel down!
How do I delete ?

you can go to account settings and it'll say "delete your account" at the bottom of the page.

If you're tracking your period, it's possible it may delete the history there.
